I can produce the copy (words) as a Word or plain-text file. I can take it to a full positional layout for a designer to use. Or I can take the whole job to a finished print-ready document or artwork, in whatever file format you choose.
I write clearly and concisely, in a style that’s appropriate for the intended reader – whether it’s shoppers, visitors, business customers, employees or public servants. I have decades of experience in writing for business and commerce, in a variety of styles and situations.

If you’re running or working in a smaller business, it’s often difficult to dedicate enough time to producing a document. As it’s part of my job, I make sure I find the time. I'm used to working to tight deadlines.
And whatever the good and bad points of education in the UK, it tends to turn out people who can’t write. For some reason, we’re usually taught the ‘proper’ way to write, which tends to be wordy, formal and ineffective. I’ve discarded most of those rules and learned how to write concise copy with an appropriate tone and style. The important thing is that the intended reader understands what you want to say, and does what you want him to do.
